Medsurant Holdings, LLC Announces Corporate Name Change to Medsurant Health

West Conshohocken, PA (August 16, 2017) – This July, Medsurant Holdings, LLC,
the largest, independent provider of Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IONM)
services to hospitals and surgeons in the country changed its name to Medsurant

Medsurant Health’s coast-to-coast presence is strengthened through its national
neuromonitoring group of practices that exclusively focus on top tier, clinical
patient care for their patients and customer service for their surgeons. Each of the
seven practices offers the service of monitoring neurologic functions to increase
patient safety during a surgical operation or procedure.

“While our legal name, Medsurant Holdings, LLC, remains the same, our trade name
is now Medsurant Health,” explains Jordan Klear, CEO. “As Medsurant has continued
to grow and evolve into a national healthcare brand name, Medsurant Health better
encompasses who we are and what we stand for.”

In other news, Inc. magazine announced Medsurant Health was listed on its 36th
annual Inc. 5000, the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing
private companies, for a second consecutive year. The list represents a unique look
at the most successful companies within the American economy’s most dynamic
segment— its independent small businesses. Companies such as Microsoft, Dell,
Domino’s Pizza, Pandora, Timberland, LinkedIn, Yelp, Zillow, and many other well-known
names gained their first national exposure as honorees of the Inc. 5000.

“I am humbled and proud that Medsurant Health has been named to the Inc. 5000
list of the fastest growing companies in the US again this year,” said CEO Jordan
Klear. “This is truly a notable achievement and is one that would not be made
possible without the hard work and commitment of our entire team.”
